Misato Rose Flesh is characterized by a creamy white to pale green skin with an attractive pink to magenta flesh – as a result, this variety is commonly known as “watermelon radish”. The flavour and texture of Misato Rose Flesh are sweet and turnip-like, with a mild pungent radish finish. Misato Rose Flesh makes a fantastic ingredient for stir fry meals, to incorporate colour and flavour to fresh salads and as a garnish.
